I have tried numerous SD cards and keep getting an error message. "SD memory not found on Innotab". I have contacted customer service and they have tried a few fixes, but none have worked. I can transfer music, video and pictures to the memory card from my computer, I just can't download any Games/Ebooks from Learning Lodge. My daughter loves her Innotab but would like to play games on it as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I am having the same problem as Wendy above had. Go to the file manager, open the correct folder, video, music, etc. 2nd- On your computer, click your start, then click computer, then click your Innotab cruz drive (mine pops up 2 , and I need the higher ALPHABET letter of the 2 cruzs, Innotab connection will show as 2 cruzs). Your LLN folder should show up. Click that open, then select which of the folders you are tranferring to, ie. Music for music transfers to the Innotab. Then, from your computer, just drag and copy to this folder. [The transfer does not actually show on the Internets Innotab file manager until after the Innotab has been disconnected safely.] Now when you turn on the Innotab to play, it should be within its Innotab’s Desktop Icon." -INNOMOM Hi!
